Stephanie enjoys drawing a variety of different types of animals, including the reptiles and insects shown on this page. Armed with a camera, she explores the world around her. As she explores and learns from the natural world, Stephanie likes the challenge of converting what she has personally observed to a board or canvas. She enjoys working with all the various shapes and textures that animal offers. Along the way, she continues to familiarize herself with the fascinating life cycle of each animal or insect she portrays. She hopes that her close up perspective of the subjects helps the viewer to feel a connection with them as well.
